BUS TRIP LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE AGREEMENT

By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in this bus trip hosted by Travel With TLK, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk
   Participation in this trip is voluntary. Travelers understand that travel and group activities may involve certain risks, including but not limited to accidents, delays, injuries, illness, theft, property damage, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Release of Liability
   Travel With TLK, its owners, agents, affiliates, representatives, partners, and volunteers shall not be held liable or responsible for:
   • Any accidents or injuries occurring during the trip
   • Personal injury, illness, or death
   • Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings
   • Delays, cancellations, acts of nature, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control
   • Actions or negligence of third-party vendors, transportation providers, venues, or establishments

3. Personal Responsibility
   Each participant is responsible for their own conduct, personal belongings, medical needs, and compliance with all local laws and venue policies throughout the trip.

4. No Refund Policy
   All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Travel With TLK.

5. Agreement to Terms
   By purchasing tickets online and/or participating in this trip, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understand, and voluntarily agree to these terms and conditions. Your purchase serves as your electronic signature and acceptance of this waiver and release of liability.
